Like most people, I was caught in a fast moving routine - constant decisions, constant noise, very little pause.

And over time, I realised something simple:
you don’t lose clarity overnight - you lose it gradually, in the absence of stillness.

What began as small, personal rituals to reset my own space and mind slowly turned into something deeper.
